Kind of a mixed bag here. There’s one employee that’s super friendly who works starting early in the morning, (I don’t know if he still works there- but he’s awesome, literally the best employee I’ve ever met – anywhere-) He’s super friendly and super positive, and just irradiates so much energy. He should be promoted honestly. then there’s one in the afternoon that just seem to hate their job and is very unpleasant. Food is okay, service is a bit mixed.

I just swung by the Taco Bell drive through on Geer to get a drink and was helped by a young man whose name was Cooper. I was absolutely blown away at how amazing his customer service skills are. I have a sales and customer service background and I can honestly say that Cooper is the best customer service rep I’ve ever interacted with. His friendliness, energy level, and positivity are radiant. I’m calling on Taco Bell to do two things: 1. Give Cooper a raise because he does an amazing job and should be rewarded for it and 2. Place him in a role where he can train employees on how to implement his customer service style. You’re awesome Cooper. Keep it up.

A sad and unpleasant experience. Today I went with my children and we ordered the food. Almost 30 minutes passed and the food was not ready. My son asked and they told him 3 minutes. Another 10 minutes passed and the food was not ready. Curious, but to the people who Their order would arrive if they were ready soon. My children were sad asking why people didn’t want to place our order (It will be because we are Latinos)

Worst experience at a Taco Bell yet, ordered 3 deluxe boxes with no sour cream on anything and a quesadilla with no creamy sauce, they managed to mess up each and every one of them, I had purchased two extra boxes for a couple unfortunate people who had also asked for no sour cream, when I came back to alert them to the mistake made, they asked for us to bring back the entire order otherwise they couldn’t help us. So I wasted $40 on food that I ordered food with simple directions to not add one ingredient, which every item somehow had, and then they required me to bring back the entire order as proof, even though I came back about 15 minute after the initial order. Won’t be coming back to this one, the Taco Bell on West Main has very rarely made this simple mistake and made it right quite easily.

There are a lot of taco Bell’s out there, some great, some not so great but this one is pretty darn good. The speed in which they get your order out is phenomenal. The friendliness of the employees is out of this world. In addition to those things the restaurant is clean and so are the bathrooms. So in conclusion it’s worth the drive

I my entire order was places 10 minutes ago, and it consister of a Beefy 5-layer, a Beef steak burrito, 3 Plain Bean and Cheese Burritos, and a Nacho Fry! There was absolutely NO meat im the Beefy 5-layer Burrito, which is called BEEFY for a reason! I know how much beef they usually put in there, and there was absolutely none! On top of that, the “PLAIN” Bean and Cheese Burritos, which the kid said “I got you!” about, were most deffinitely not plain, and even had MORE hot sauce than usual! How the hell does this stuff even happen!?
