To clarify, the food here is amazing. It’s always amazing. I will go back. My complaint is that the dining area is not open the entire day yet. I find this to be a bit ridiculous so far out from 2020 (it was ridiculous then too but people were dumber back then) when going through the drive through, they are extremely slow as well. Again, I will go back and it is definitely good food but go before you are hungry or you will be in a foul mood by the time you get home to eat.

My daughter had her meal delivered to her work. She opened it to find chicken that was not fully cooked. She called the store and they voiced they could not help her since she ordered through Door Dash. Do better Chicken Express!

Long time customer usually very good ,the last four times I have gotten the two piece it has been dry with no flavor. I don’t know what they’ve changed in the way they cook the chicken but they need to change it back… hope this makes it to someone that can do something about it…

Will never frequent this location or any location of Chicken Express that won’t open their dining room. Every other fast food joint can seem to find staff but CE can’t? I’m guessing the owner just wants to run a skeleton crew staff and just operate as drive thru only.
