She gave me a complete different order and when the manager came she was giving me a hard time saying the associate told her that’s what i ordered! Then assured me of taking her picture because I was on the phone! I wish I did tho so I can post it on this review. Bottom line hire ppl who can speak and understand English to be at your drive thru at least!!!!! Stop messing ppl day been coming here for 7 years and nothing changed! Busy. Kitchen is usually slow. Drive thru is always backed up. Inside is usually dirty. Food is always subpar. Fries mushy. Burgers dry. If I commuted to work, I would never drive thru for breakfast. You’d get stuck in line and be late for work. The way traffic is routed thru the parking lot is chaotic. The restaurant has been there since the 70’s. Really needs a modern rebuild, considering the traffic it gets.
