Very disappointed!! We ordered a 16oz Polar Bear Frappe, she even repeated it back to us. When we received it we got a hot coffee. We told her we ordered a Frappe and she said no you didn’t. I said you even repeated it back to us. She said no I didn’t, you didn’t order a Frappe you ordered breve, extra cream. She continued to argue with us and at no time even tried to apologize. I said we drove a long way, but I guess we won’t be coming back. She was like ok good and shut the window on us. I understand she may have been having a bad day, but definitely no way to treat your returning customers!!
