This was me and my wife’s first visit. The place was not clean and tables were not wiped down from previous customer’s eating. I ordered the Original Sandwich which I assumed one could eat as one normally eats a sandwich by holding with hands. This sandwich was a sloppy, falling apart mess. The bread is paper thin and is falling apart the minute you receive it.

Worst Schlotzskys location I’ve ever been to. My original sandwich took over 30 minutes. Restaurant was not crowded at all. Lettuce was wilted and looked old. Sandwich was sloppy looking.

The bathroom was disgusting. No toilet paper or paper towels. You can not lock the stall doors in bathroom. Dont even feel safe. The sandwich was dry and we had to ask several times for more mustard. It was not a good experience at all. Very disappointing. The place was dirty and we had to clean our own table!

So food was okay for a fast food sandwich shop. I ordered the fiesta style sandwich, and it was tasty. Missing starts due to me having to clean my own table. The worker literally gave me the wet towel and said, “Bring it back when Im done.” Then, when I ordered, I had to repeat my order several times as did other people in my group.

Haven’t been Schlotzsky’s in forever. Everything was great including the service. I ordered 2 veggie sandwiches which were great and tasted fresh and everything I remember Schlotzsky’s should have. Unfortunately they messed on the bread, wanted jalapenos bread but instead received the sourdough which was great but not what I had ordered. I’m sure they would have switched it out but I was in crunched for time. Regardless that’s the only reason why it’s 4 starts but sandwich is great and recommend this place for sure.

Love their fresh bread. Soft n crispy at the same time. Sad when the employees and manager do not even know the basic menu. We ordered a Meatball sandwich, which they rang up, and got a sandwich with sliced meat(maybe turkey). When we took it back to the counter to say a mistake had been made we were told they do not do or have meatball sandwiches to which we replied then why do you have them on the menu with a Giant picture advertising such? The manager then looked at it and said I’m sorry grabbed the sandwich and disappeared into the back. We did get a meatball sandwich but no marinara or tomato sauce in the sandwich. I understand mistakes happen but this was borderline unacceptable.
