I order a Mexican pizza meal they make Mexican pizza with red sauce, instead of pizza sauce, plus there was no tomatoes, and they use tostada shelf, instead of Mexican Pizza shelf, the soft tacos were missing tomatoes, and they weight about the weight of a burrito supreme, horrible not even Pleasant thank you, nice way to mess up somebody’s meal. I can only imagine there FOOD COST OR P&L having people like thus crew will get you out of business very fast

I ordered the grilled cheese chicken burrito and this is how it came. I’m very disappointed. This location used to be good but now every single employee there is lazy and irresponsible. I also got nacho fries and they are extremely dry.

I went last week stood at the counter for eleven minutes. Ended up being three or four customers standing Behind me waiting to order. In the meantime, an employeekept taking food outside to the drive through people but ignoring the people at the counter. After eleven minutes, I would guess a manager walked in the door I don’t know where he had been. He ignored me went back to the kitchen. Belittled the help. And after about a minute, looked over at me and said “it would be a lot faster to order on the kioss.” I don’t work at Taco Bell so I don’t do their job. I don’t like kiosses. I get food wrong all the time and some of that is my fault. But again, i’m not going to do their job. I told him no thanks. I don’t use those and I turned around and walked out. Again, 11 minutes, time had passed. They had helped at least 8 to 10 people at the drive through but ignored us at the counter.

We ordered food from the kiosk. We were charged for additional items like onions jalapeños. After placing the order, nothing came to us the way it is supposed to be as ordered. After asking them to correct it they messed it up three times before they could get it right. Terrible experience will never have Taco Bell again!!!!

I sat at the restaurant for an hour and when we asked what was going on they said they had a big order… I’m sitting in here at the moment and they’ve had nobody in the drive thru for like 10 minutes. I would love my money back or atleast some food please.

Service was quick but that’s because they must have given me a Crunchwrap box that was prepared at least an hour before I even ordered. It was completely soggy and completely inedible. Not sure why they were in such a rush. There was nobody in front of me, no one behind me, and no one appeared to be needing help inside. Won’t be eating at Taco Bell again for awhile after this.

We pulled through the drive thru like 8:30 pm and the employee immediately said “we are sold out of everything, please pull out of the drive through.” There were at 3 cars in line ahead of us that had already ordered & were getting there food so it was a bit off that they’d sell out of every single menu item between those cars. It was the weirdest experience I’ve ever had at a drive thru.

The employees at this location are really rude. I tried ordering on the app and they didn’t have anything I wanted when I went to pick up my order she said everything was online exclusive and they couldn’t make it well. I understand if you’re going to order something online you will have to make it at the store. It’s not gonna fall out of the sky. They are always out of Baja blast drink too. If you’re going to run a restaurant, at least keep it stocked.
