Food is delicious, service is either amazing or ok, but I can say its never bad. Cleanliness is great but when its packed they could use a bit more attention in this area. Parking is horrendous! Drive thru is a nightmare but the location is not ideal to fix the issue, but it definitely needs to be addressed because many customers including myself avoid coming due to the parking, drive thru situation and end up going to another restaurant all together.

Double-Double is always the best choice! Don’t forget to ask for animal style for your burgers! Bread is crunchy and smelled creamy. The environment was clean and bright. It was a nice purchasing experience!

Friendly staff. We went to Santa Cruz wharf and stop by here because we got trapped in the traffic. A little break for the road trip. I prefer the cheese burger without onion.

We went late night.. passed 10pm, huge crowd and long line of cars, that fact did not matter at all, we ordered quickly, our food came out exactly as ordered, the cook and crew line runs in great order!! Keep up the great work!!

As usual, the lines are really long BUT excellent customer service and the food is consistently delicious. Perfect every time.

Great food just like any other in-n-out but super inconvenient. Super long line that blocks the entrance so you can’t even pull into the parking lot and even if you get in there’s very little parking. Probably the busiest in-n-out I’ve seen. We used to stop here all the time on our way to the Bay Area but it’s just too inconvenient now. Salinas needs another in-n-out.

The only thing that sucks here is that it gets too packed. Like expand to other sides of the city. No wonder Mcdonalds sells more. Sometimes, it’s so packed that i just end up going to Mcdonalds. Food is great tho and workers are really nice.

We love In-N-Out burger. This is our Go-to place for food. Even though we just eat 1 burger (since we don’t eat non-vegetarian food) here which is Grilled Cheese sandwich with Onion (secret veg menu), we love to visit this place. My daughter also love chocolate milk shake here.

Basically a burger place. But with a tiny little burger. The finished product tastes pretty good but the meat is so small. The staff are fun friendly and enthusiastic and pretty fast.

In-N-Out burger is ever so good, but they often burn their burgers which makes me nuts. They say they have to make them well done, but burning them is just gross.
