I have ordered pizza from this location many many times. Even before they moved from down the street to the building they are in now. I have never been disappointed in a pizza I got from them. Until tonight. I’m not sure what the heck happened but I’m thinking I might not ever order a pizza from Papa John’s again if this is how it’s going to be. I have always loved the chewy fresh tasting crust but this pizza crust tasted like cardboard and was very dry. The sauce and toppings were so skimpy. There were many places with no cheese and the spicy Italian sausage was quite lacking. I am not a picky person when it comes to Pizza so I rarely, if ever, complain. Tonight I did something I never thought I would do- I threw away half the pizza because it tasted so bad I knew I would not eat the rest of it. Sad day for me and Papa John’s.

I work in a restaurant im very understanding but I mean come on. Our wings weren’t even sauced right they were drizzled BARLEY. Our Oreo desert was basically burnt and awful. Same with our garlic knots. A literal joke. No wonder this place has 3.3 stars complete waste of money. How has management not stepped up and made employees do better? As a someone who has been in the industry for years this is genuinely ridiculous. What kind of management is running this place?

The manager was delusional. Our breadsticks were poorly made, we called to ask if we can get a refund or have them remade. The manager thought that we were in the wrong and told us there’s no possible way they could look that bad. I didn’t think making breadsticks were that hard but they I saw her handy work and realized that maybe it’s harder than I think.
