Went thru the drive thru very nice buliding and ordering drive thru very convenient free of trash and very well kept pulling up to the drive thru window the attendant was borderline rude. Portions were extremely low when I got home greeen chicken i got was expired green beans made it tase really bad. I guess I have to check next time due to these reviews I’ve seen I hope my next visit will be better I’m sorry for the bad review. I will fix it if proves better.

I think I’ll pass on this location from now on. First time I went I asked for a Diet Coke and was given Dr Pepper instead had already driven off before I realized. This 2nd time I was asked to wait for greens which is fine but like come on… who wants to eat this much cabbage and this thick it’s not even cooked…

What I expected but could have been better. Orange Chicken was cold. Fried rice doesn’t really have much of a flavor. They ran out of white rice, what! The Honey Sesame Chicken was great! Some pieces are larger than bite size so I wish they had knives but they only have forks. Store was clean.

I keep giving this place a chance, but today will be the last chance. They never have what I want and it’s always a 10 min wait. I also always get asked for a tip. This last time I had to wait per usual and I get home and the rice is crunchy y’all. The rice wasn’t even cooked. That was me waiting and tipping them and that is what I got, uncooked crunchy rice. I give up on this place. Oh, and they have a plant right by where you order that is infested with bees….so there is that too. This place is strong need of new management and properly trained staff.

We have been here for dine in and drive through. Each time the service is good. The food is always good. However; most recently we were in and were helped by Grace C. She was awesome, very friendly and eager to help us with our dining experience. Its always refreshing to come across a young person with manors especially in a place of customer service. We will be back again and hope rest the staff is as well trained and professional as her.

We were greeted with a welcome to Panda Express as we walked into the restaurant. Very friendly staff at this location. They were busy as it was during after church lunch rush and they acknowledged me and I was told they would be with me shortly. I placed my order and received my food very quickly. The food was good but not great is the only reason for a 4 star review and not five. It wasn’t bad and I will probably return at some point. If you like Chinese food and want to get it fast, I would recommend Panda Express and this location.

Wanted to try the new Sizzling shrimp (shrimp, peppers and broccoli with white rice), so I placed a mobile order for pickup. Got home and found they gave me what looked like Kung Pao shrimp with green beans instead of broccoli. I called the store about it, and Eric the manager told me their shipment of broccoli didn’t come in. OK dude, but tell me what I’m getting. Don’t just put something else in the bag and expect me to be satisfied with it. He didn’t even offer me anything for making me pay for something I didn’t order. Then when I went to the feedback website to give my feedback, there was no store number on the receipt, so I couldn’t even leave any feedback. But this was the 2461 Callahan Dr. Location. Advice: Check your purchase BEFORE you leave the store.

I’m not a fan of this food or restaurant. Obviously, a lot of people like this fast food. To me, it smells good and most of it looks good, but once you start chewing it, not so good in my opinion. For example, their teriyaki chicken looks really good, but has too much fat, and not enough flavor; rubbery texture! Ick!
