Large cones are extremely small, never the same size. Today I got a cone that was pretty small, as I ate it.i realized it was a small cone sitting inside a large cone. For almost 5 bucks you should get a consistent size.

So , hire adults not kids, iv been going to this dairy queen since I was 6 years old , never ever do they get anything right , but that’s not even the problem tonight, 6 kids not one of them a manager not one with a name tag and disrespect like iv never seen. Not one of them wants to be there they were all on there cellphones, when I finally got tired of sitting in drive-through for 12 min. Do yourself a huge favor and go across the street. Where they are professional and adults!

Tried to short us and they were RUDE when confronted! My s.o. and I ordered two Caramel Fudge Cheesecake Blizzards. One had a couple cheesecake bites and the other had none (no, they weren’t just mixed in too well or stuck at the bottom) so my s.o. drove back and asked for some cheesecake bites for the one that came without, essentially just asking for what we had paid for. The responding staff got the manager, who rolled her eyes and was passive aggressive about it before begrudgingly opening up a new container of cheesecake bites (it seems the current container had run out in the middle of ours being made and they couldn’t be bothered to open a new one). We won’t be back to this location for a while.

Service was terrible today. I placed an order for 2 chili cheese dogs through the drive through. It took them 7 minutes to take my money. I’m the only car in the drive through. After another 7 minutes, I went inside to see where my order was at. No one had a clue where my order ticket was. Another 5 minutes to get my money back. I wasted 20 minutes for nothing. In ten minutes, I drove to Holmen, placed an order at Coney Island for the same thing and got my order just like that. I’ve heard they are slow at DQ, but I didn’t think it was that bad. They had enough help, so I’m not sure what their malfunction was today in trying to get them to get a simple order out in a reasonable amount of time.

The staff was very unprofessional when we got there. There was only 1 employee that actually acknowledged us and asked to help us. The rest that were up at the front counter had their backs turned and carried on with their personal conversation obnoxiously. My kids love the ice cream but the staff need to step up their professionalism.
