Waffles were amazing here! The syrup is made by the Amish and delicious. I enjoyed a nice fresh cup of coffee also. The customer service is knock your socks off good! A must stop if in Moab.

We don’t often go out to breakfast but decided to give it a try after hearing amazing things from other local friends. The waffles are huge and delicious. Comes with REAL maple syrup which is the only kind I eat so I was delighted that they care about quality ingredients. Got some fresh fruit and a smoothie and it was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better breakfast and the prices were very reasonable. My other half got biscuits and gravy and he liked them so much he refused to share. The gravy is freshly made each day and he enjoyed it very much. He said his americano was fabulous as well. We will be back and definitely recommend them!

Great coffee and delicious waffles. We got to meet Bitsy – the namesake of the company – such a cute bulldog. Customer Service was fantastic, definitely support this local joint.

We found this little Gem by accident and hit a home run! Nathan made us feel “at home”in preparing fresh brewed tea and a lavender vanilla latte that far exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed a fluffy waffle with freshly stewed peaches that were seasoned well! His waffle menu is creative and fun. Would visit again and hopefully meet the bulldog Bitsy!!
