They have very inconsistent service at this location, some days your pizza is done very quickly or even “Hot ‘N Ready” but more often it can take 30-45 minutes just to get 1 pepperoni pizza, even if you’re first or second in line. The staff moves with no purpose and they do not wear gloves while making the pizza even after handling money from the cash register. It’s very unclean all around in the waiting area as well. It’s a shame because the pizza is good and cheap, but everything about the location closest to me is just terrible.

I went there and ordered a Stuff crust pepperoni and sausage pizza. When I got my pizza they gave me a stuffed pretzel crust pepperoni and sausage pizza with no sauce. I never asked for pretzel crust or no sauce. They also over salted the pizza as well even tho I never even asked for salt in the first place. I’m very disappointed with the food and service.

Needs to retrain employees- there were 4 young men blasting music and no one turned it down or cared to greet us when we walked in, there was another young man that was just staring at us from the corner of the front counter with his arms crossed as if we wronged him for coming in to the restaurant and he was a bouncer that didn’t want us there. I made a comment about the music and it feeling like a “club” and it seemed to make them more angry ♀️I didn’t feel safe nor did it feel like a professionally ran restaurant, Idk how you forget to cheese half a pizza but there’s that too. I realize this is a place for a cheap bite to eat but I wish they would spend more time on customer service and making more quality food/experience, I felt like I walked into a trap house.

I’m a doordasher so I go in here a lot, the manager (blonde lady) is all over the place, barely helps employees and is very rude. I watched her eating the toppings off the pizza she was making. The other employees seem very hard working and friendly.

Can’t go in anymore and get a quick pizza. Now, it’s only online orders. Staff ignored you, no greetings. Pretty dirty and dreary. Pretzel crust was good but pizza was overcooked, AND they put the wrong sauce on.

Constantly losing orders and not willing to do anything. Went in and ordered a hot and ready, was told 10-15 minutes. 25 minutes later and several times asking for my name, finally got my 1 pizza. The entire time, the crew was goofing off in plain sight and Manager unwilling to do anything or take responsibility. I am always willing to give second chances because it could be a fluke, but it had happened consistently and will not be returning.

Ordered two pizzas. One was defective. So, I went to Facebook to get a solution. No dice. Do, I called. I was told the manager would call me, but I never got a call. I guess my business isn’t important to them any more than quality product is.

Whatever you’re doing out there at Prescott Valley Little Caesars, keep doing it. Im from Chicago. I know pizza. Your thin crust Pepperoni had no rivals here in PV. Probably not in the entire region. Very impressed and I will be back. Thank you.

Update: I placed an order for 11am pickup. Arrived at 10:55. Employee puts sign on door they won’t open until 11:30 due to short staffing. I stand around for 10 more minutes when employee opens door to ask if we have an online order. I tell them yes. He says it will be ready at 11:30. I tell him I had pickup for 11 and I have house full of children fora birthday party. I cancelled order and am supposed to be refunded. Not happy at all about this. I understand they are short staffed. If that requires an 11:30 open time then do not accept online orders prior to that time.
