Open since Oct 2022. Elevated Mexican experience in the heart of Old Bellevue. Friendly and attentive staff to compliment the excellent food. Yes, Mexican food can be fancy. It’s not all street tacos. The ceviche and grilled octopus were app highlights. The duck was perfectly medium rare. What was pictured is a split portion of a single order. There are 4 tables outside to dine al fresco. Would consider this place to be a bit better than the other “fancy” Mexican place up the street in Lincoln Square 2. Parking is free if you can snag one of the few spots in back in a lot shared with Ginza. The owner is hands on in a good way, and explained the rotating tequila flight personally.

This dinner was speculator! our server Jacob was one of the best servers I’ve had he was so polite & so funny we laughed all night such a gentleman. He recommended the mango margarita it was so delicious & For appetizers we had calamari , octopus, ceviche it was the perfect amount before our meal I had asada tacos as my main course everything came out in perfect time. The best part was the dessert the tres leches as flan was so rich. 10/10 new favorite restaurant! would recommend anyone who going into Bellevue & wanna grab a bite atmosphere is just wonderful

I came to Adrian’s to celebrate my birthday with my girlfriends. We had such a great time and we’re treated so kindly. Jacob took care of us and made our experience extra special. the food was super tasty, especially the orange cheesecake .This was our first time but we will definitely be back.

Absolutely incredible experience. Fine dining and Mexican food combined? Yes please! I love the atmosphere here. Everyone is so incredibly nice and Adrian himself checked in on me many times throughout my meal! The wagyu carne asada is fantastic, so were the green enchiladas, and the salmon salad! Also there is a huge tequila collection and I tried a few delicious ones! Even the free chips and black refried beans were awesome! I can’t wait to come back. It perfectly encapsulates my favorite parts of fine fine dining and Mexican food combined! 🙂

My wife and I recently dined at Adrian’s for a second time. Both times the staff provided exceptional service. Throughout the meal, the staff checked in on us regularly, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, but it was the service that truly made the experience memorable. A nice surprise on Old Main! They are trying very hard to be more than a Mexican restaurant and they succeed! The restaurant was lovely. However…we had a 5:45 reservation. Two of us sat at the table while the other two in our party spent 30 minutes finding a parking spot. This puts us at 6:15. We left at 8:15. They forgot one person’s salad, when reminded it still didn’t come until the dinner arrived 45 minutes later. We refused the salad at that time. We had asked for two tickets since we were two couples. We received one ticket. When they brought the bill, they advised that they comped the two glasses of wine. That was nice, but the salad that didn’t arrive was on the other couple’s ticket! They brought us separate tickets, with the charges mixed up! The meal was mediocre at best, although three of the dishes were hot, one was not. So sorry this place was a huge disappointment.

Oh my goodness I am so glad we came here last night. What immediately attracted me was the atmosphere. It didn’t feel like you were at a restaurant but that you were welcomed into someone’s home. This place is run by family with their amazing staff. The food was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. My friend had the duck and I had taco dorados. We got to stay past closing and enjoy their company. So if you’re looking for a lively place this is it!
