I came here thinking it was just a regular Rosatis pizza joint but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was great, super nice, and a great atmosphere. Shout out to Gina the bartender. This place has one of the best selections of cocktails and whiskey. Full bar that meets every accommodation you can ask for. This place is a sleeper for a bar in Woodstock. I will 100% be back and refer my friends to come here.

Short version: We were promised a credit on our account for an issue we had on a large catering order and after 6+ phone calls they still won’t honor it. Go to Antioch pizza down the street. You get far better service.

After a very poor dining experience earlier in the evening I walked in to Rosati’s and was greeted promptly by Gina and she help me find a seat that I preferred. I sat down and was relaxed with my decision

We ordered the Chicago-style deep dish as we normally do and tonight it was a total disappointment. Minimal toppings, ordered extra cheese and sauce and it barely covered the crust. What sauce there was was all tomato paste with minimal chunk tomatoes or flavor. The attitude of the manager was poor, told us we didn’t know what we were talking about, horrid customer service! If this was the first time we ordered there would not be a second.

Small location but as every Rizzotti’s has delicious pizza. Good staff. Was anxious to use out a gift certificate. I want on the radio for here and they did not disappoint.

Service was terrible, pizza was only mid. Everyone here has an attitude to the point it’s not even worth spending money here. It is not inviting in there and its run down. Owner even has an attitude.

Pizzas good, the rest of the dishes aren’t bad, but the portions are small and I’ve never been to an italian restaurant that doesn’t give you free bread with the meal!

This is NOT A True Rosatis. Their Beef tastes like dirty dishwater, they dont make it wet when you ask for it, (i dont think they know what a proper Italian beef is). The WORST of it is THEY HAVE A CALL CENTER TO PLACE ORDERS AND DONT KNOW THE RESTAURANTS MENU. THE PEOPLE TAKING YOUR ORDER OVER THE PHONE ARE NOT AT THE RESTAURANT AND DONT KNOW THE MENU. What you tell them you want doesn’t get made because the person on the phone doesn’t know if the restaurant can or cannot make your request. (a flyer from them listed a chicken sandwich as parm with marinara. but apparently they don’t make it anymore and the girl on the phone doesn’t know. … because she’s A CALL CENTER!!)

The food is great. The price is reasonable for higher end pizza. The service is a little slow but nice and quiet if you’re looking for a place for date. I liked the pizza but the deep dish was a little on the thick side for my preference. I don’t like the bottom being so thick. Still tasted great. Sausage is a no brainier but again would like my pepperoni to be cooked a little longer.

Best folded-in-half pizza. Can’t think of the name..Woodstock’s is better than McHenry Rosatis.
