Always one of my family’s favorite restaurants for special occasions. It’s one of the few restaurants in Seattle where most people actually dress nicely. Service has always been great aside from the overused “how’s everything tasting” question. And the food is consistently excellent.

Wonderful Italian in Seattle. All the dishes were delicious. The bruschetta is a great way to start the meal. The cocktails also are excellent. Minor nit – wish the tables were a bit more spaced apart, as it’s easy to hear convos from other parties.

Booked reservation 03/22/2023 for Mother’s Day Dinner @5PM, arrived 25 minutes before, and wasn’t open, so I waited at the bar till it was open. While there and knowing we had a reservation, we didn’t have to worry about it, families started to show up and at 5PM Sharp, tables at the back patio were already taken, but were empty, the manager whom was asked to look twice if he can sit us there, literally didn’t seem to accommodate us, he wanted to sit us ( now this place was still available ) on a far back where they pass through to get the bottle of wine. Now he kept repeating that’s all we had, when (restaurant had many tables empty) and so, a waiter mentioned a spot in the front patio, he looked annoyed. Honestly, at this point my husband optioned me to go somewhere else or the waiters suggested, but we stayed. We’ve been here many times. That why I suggested Mother’s Day dinner here. But managers this kind should be exposed that perhaps they are not good dealing with special occasions and accommodate, families who ARE there ready to order dinner. This experience was not pleasant. I rarely write reviews, but unfortunately will not come back.

Really good dishes i loved the unique bruschetta and aranchini was delicious. I loved the lasagna but the carbonara was a little bit flavorless overall great Italian place would definitely go back wonderful vibes, and very romantic.

Had dinner here back in October. The food was quite good, but the service was very slow. Like extremely slow, it took over thirty minutes to get dessert, then another 30 to get the check. They were busy, but nothing it if the ordinary for a weekend night at peak dining hours and were well week staffed. The service was a huge miss for us but the food was very good. Would try it again in the future.

I have to say from the minute you walk into the restaurant it has a certain mood to it. When I read the menu my eyes were getting turned on! It was a romantic menu. The way that they incorporated all of their menu options with the ingredients of what they served with them will tantalize your eyes as well as your mouth. Service was fantastic! Bravo to Carrie.. The food was exceptional and burst into your mouth. Seattle definitely has it right in the restaurant businesses! Definitely take time and read the cocktail menu, was well balanced and very tasty. Didn’t have any room for dessert at this time. But I was very satisfied with my meal. Will definitely recommend the Crudo salad was amazing! The goat cheese phenomenal. I ordered the lasagna was out of this world! Definitely a place I will return to. $$.
