Worst experience at Panda ever! As 2 employees talked and didn’t acknowledge we were there for 5 minutes. The guy then was so rude that was grabbing our food. I got a cub meal for my daughter. He pretty much handed me the box. Was not nice through it all I paid him. Then I had to ask for the drink. Annoyingly he gave it to me. Then I said what about the fruit side. He rudely grabbed that at handed it to me. This is my daughters favorite place to eat and because of this one small experience we won’t be back. I m an easy going person and I don’t get mad often but I left so angry today!!

Worst experience at panda thus far. This location was packed, but the line was mainly to pay for your food. When I went to pay they didn’t have a lid on my bowl. The person checking out asked three separate times if we wanted to donate after I said no already. She then proceeded to drop the utensil into my bowl which was the only one on the line without a lid. It ruined my appetite, think about how many credit cards and cash she handled and to think that something directly touched my food was disgusting. When I opened my bowl I took a bite of my teriyaki chicken and bit into a bone. Would never come back and I don’t recommend.

Had the honey sesame chicken and the honey walnut shrimp which is my go to order. At around 1am I woke up violently ill. Throwing up for hours and still feeling pretty bad. Would NOT recommend this place! If you don’t want food poisoning then go somewhere else

This was the worst Panda Express I’ve ever visited, and the worst taste and experience I’ve had in the Treasure Valley. Our orange chicken was hard and cold on the inside, and when my daughter brought it back they had an attitude. The chow mein was gross and when I asked for a refill on my water, they wanted to charge me .54 cents when I already paid $1.00 for the water cup. Complete waste of money here and a sorry visit indeed.

Ordered one main and 2 sides. I ordered 1 chow mein 2 sides of beef broccoli. Got 2 sides of chow mein and one side of broccoli and a couple slices of beef. Thank you door dash from crediting to my order even tho this has nothing to do with you. It’s not like YOU cooked the food or anything. I’ve noticed quality of food service has dropped in all categories. Not just these guys. (NEW REVIEW) Service has gotten way better. My older review is here. Really happy with the service now. The service was slow and sluggish. Ordering took overly long because they apparently hire children at this location who dont fully understand how to use the equipment. When ordered a side of crab rangoons they told me the wait would be about two minutes, when i sat down i realized they hadn’t added it to my order but charged me for the side anyway. With the combined service, time to wait and price for items on the menu i dont recommend this location at all, try the Osaka across the food court.
