We ordered 2 slashes at 4:37pm. We finally hit the order button again to ask if the were still bringing our drinks. When we finally got drink at 5pm they were both melted and had zero flavor. The receipt had been closed out and reprinted. Won’t be back.

If I could put “0” stars I would. I’ve been here 3x now and all three times has the service and food been horrible. I’ll never go again. Shame on me for going a 3rd time. The items are ALWAYS wrong and they have horrible attitudes. I’ll get the wrong food and not only is it wrong it’s put together horribly, lacking ingredients etc. the team there, hates their jobs and they make it obvious. They already sound frustrated as soon as they pick up the phone. The worse part of it all is that i always give them the benefit of the doubt and even tip. For what? To get ripped off every time. Carrier pkwy Sonic is the worse Sonic I’ve been to in 35+ years. Probably the worse.

Omg! The young lady taking orders was either high or just unintelligent! She came to the car and still messed up our two separate orders! Not only ours but the lady next to us! We spent an hour trying to get our food right! They gave us the other lady’s food! My burger was overcooked and wrong condiments on it! The carhop lady did her best to help us. I gave her a tip for making the effort! I will not ever go there again! Everyone of them need re- training! No listening skills whatsoever! Didn’t know I could add photos? These are nice words, they put me on a whole different level of anger! Absolutely unacceptable service!

After several bad visits to this location I won’t be returning. Today was just too much. Placing the order was like pulling teeth. I could barely get one item out and the lady would say anything else… yes I have several items, next item barely left my mouth and… anything else?. Moving on. I repeated myself multiple times that I had 3 drinks total but she kept only ringing up 2 then questioned when I asked to add peach like I had just asked for her social security number. You want peach IN the drink? Yes please and the 3rd drink gets vanilla.. ok. The screen doesn’t say vanilla though. Did you get the vanilla in the 3rd drink? Ok. Yeah nevermind I went to the sonic down the street and said my order 1 time! Once! And they brought it out and got a fat tip.

We came to the sonic about 30mins prior to the store closing for drinks. Right as we pulled into the parking lot the staff members shut off all of the lights. This is not the way to treat customers. We didn’t want anything complicated- just drinks. Plus, the store was supposed to be open for an additional 30mins. Worst experience at sonic.

Don’t go to this Sonic. They were out of pretty much everything. Couldn’t even get my order and had to come out to get it in person. Took over 30 minutes. Also did not include any condiments that I had asked for. Just terrible service.
