I didn’t order anything from here. My sister got the spicy chicken sandwich and fries with some Mac and cheese. She really liked the Mac and cheese. I ate some of the fries. They were pretty good. Currently drive-thru only.

I’ve never done a review before but this place was so bad I had to. The worker taking my order was so rude I almost left but there’s not a whole lot of options in this town. They were out of chicken tenders and sweet tea(at 5 in the afternoon) Gave no fork or half the food it was supposed to come with, and the food that did make it in the box was awful. Horrible service, horrible food, horrible franchise!

Pitiful excuse for a restaurant. The owner of this franchise should be ashamed at what kind of employees they have. I waited for 45 minutes for 8 pieces of chicken. Never a smile, never a thank you come again. The bushes are all grown up and the parking lot is nasty. Do yourself a favor and go get your chicken from the love‘s truck stop at the interstate.

Got a chicken sandwich from the eutaw AL location. I guess I forgot to tell them to hold the 12 inch long hair embedded in my chicken…so glad I seen it sticking out before I took a bite. I pulled in it and it kept a coming…gross experience

The chicken always fried like I like it but the service is gross & its getting worse by the days. Them young women of color that works there doesn’t know d meaning to customer service. Attitudes are always jacked up, so rude I think that may be y the food not as good as it could be. They can do better!!

Great place to stop for extremely good food while on the road to Gulfport,Ms. The chicken tenders were tasty and fresh . The staff were pleasant and professional and quick. Definitely will come back even from Connecticut.

Good food, but they didn’t have alot of options prepared when we got there and rather than trying to do what they could to shorten the wait or let us know what we could still order the staff seemed flustered and we’re all at the counter rather than in the back cooking food (which they had not run out of, they just were behind on making alot of stuff and said it would have a forty minutes wait despite there only being one other couple in the restaurant) was not impressed.

Im currently in the drive thru and ive been here for over 20 minutes and there is still no progress in the line at all there is nobody at the window and the person that is supposed to be at the window is having a full on conversation with a man waiting on his food im a upset about this and wish for them to do better in the future

After waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes… I was finally able to place my order.. Only to be asked multiple times is that all… When I stated No and continued with my Order the cashier then stopped all communication I then said HELLO….after bo answer I pulled to the window the cashier then walked away gave the car that was in front of me their order… Then came back inside the store… I still sat there waiting for her to come to the window… She finally came to the window after another 5 minutes and said.. It’s gonna be 15minutes on that chicken.. I asked well what else do you have ready now… She stated Nothing for real… I can’t be more disappointed… They ran totally out of chicken…
