Haven’t been to this restaurant in years. Ordered the Ribeye and New York strip medium well. It was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Nice atmosphere. One downfall was that we were a party of two that got seated in the back with large groups of people and kids in the back when the main dining area had open tables.

We just enjoyed an incredible meal at the Backyard Pit. We started off with the Ahi Tuna appetizer, and that was incredible. Grilling it over charcoal added an incredible flavor that I had never had (and we have ahi tuna appetizer alot). We then followed that with the prime rib 12 oz and 24 oz cuts. My wife got the lobster bisque and I got the clam chowder. Both soups were excellent and portions were larger than we expected. And the prime rib, oh my…so, so soft and flavorful. Cooked to perfection. We finished it off with the Italian lemon cake.

Had a great dinner here recently. The Italian Beef Egg Rolls were a unique appetizer that were really tasty. Steaks cooked to perfection with a nice char on them from the grill. Only minor issue would be with the temperature of the mashed potatoes, but they were still tasty. Would recommend.

The food & service were outstanding!!! Many food & drink options to choose from. I had the the twin lobster tails & my fiancee the grilled chicken & grilled shrimp. All were fantastic!! Our server Abby was awesome!!! Highly recommend.

Backyard steak pit is really great for date night or a night out with the family. It has a great ambiance and I loved their seasonal decor. The service was really great and our waitress was wonderful! The food was pretty good, but the steak could have used more flavor. It was missing something and I found myself needing to add salt which I almost never do to a steak. It was cooked perfectly though (medium well). The mashed potatoes were really great and dessert was amazing(Lovin Oven anyone?!). It was a huge piece of Red Velvet. Definitely a 4 out of 5 for us. I would return but would get something different.

My husband and I walked in 5 minutes after the kitchen closed on Thursday night. Instead of sending us away like a typical restaurant would the manager and bartender heartily agreed to seat us and serve us – all with such good spirit. Arthur, our bartender/server delivered our drinks quickly and the manager made sure our food arrived in a flash. The quality of the drinks and food were not comprised at all. Both took such good care of us and were so pleasant and friendly to us. It has been a long time since we left a restaurant where we felt that customers do come first.
