I was a little disappointed for my visit of Handle. Majority is because of the food. We order two appetizer dishes and surprisingly enough both of them presented well and really innovative. However after a few bite I just found the sauce is so punchy. One is just like vegan orange chicken and the other use siracha. And the overwhelming appetizer definitely make our main dish taste bland. I understand it’s the thought of chef but I am a little confused. I hope they could offer the punchy starters in small portions and we could enjoy our main dish more.

Went to the Handle for a business dinner. The food was gorgeous and even better tasting. The sour dough toast was absolutely delicious. We had the meat and cheese tray that everyone loved. We ordered several dishes, trout, fried chicken, and prime ribeye. Everyone loved their dishes. Their fried chicken is VERY good. And the steak was one is the best we have ever had.

Great creative meal with interesting combinations. Grilled octopus with romaine and nduja vinaigrette. Delicious but there was a very small piece of octopus. Really little. Mushroom bolognese with rigatoni was delicious. More delicious than it sounds. Pork shank with radicchio celery and watermelon slaw was delicious. Whipped ranch with horseradish was perfect accompaniment to the tender pork. Sprinkle of toasted breadcrumbs finished the dish, giving it texture.

Had an amazing meal at Handle last night. The food, atmosphere, service, & creativity of the dishes were out of this world! My wife and I have never had a better cauliflower dish, it’s a must try. At this point we have dined at most of the best Park City area restaurants, Handle is definitely at or near the top of the Park City restaurant list. I couldn’t recommend this establishment highly enough!
