This Dunkin Donuts has the unique advantage of being right next to the South Amboy Train Station. The primary idea here is to get yourself a quick bite or coffee and get going to your train. This almost turned into a disaster for me on Saturday afternoon, as I came in at a rather quiet time, and just ten minutes from my train. Coming in for just an iced coffee, nothing else, and with no one on line, and only two others in the store, already seated and enjoying their purchases, it should have been a cinch to be in and out in a heartbeat. It was almost a heart attack, as it took nearly three minutes to get someone to even come out front from in back, and another several minutes to prepare, purchase, and scan my app (which was also an adventure, as it took four tries to get the scanner to work). It became almost a miracle that I was able to get my train, as I was just down the stairs and on the platform with no more than fifteen seconds to spare. Next time I come here, I will remind myself to bring plenty of time, and a bottle of digitalis.

It appears that this place is always short of staff and acquiring new staff who also don’t know what they’re doing. I went here for rapid on the go pickup and the lady cooking the food made everyone’s order who came in after me and not my food. Which should have been prioritized as a go order. Then the manager came over saying that someone must’ve took my order. Keep in mind she never even made it in the first place. This place constantly has issues as someone who frequents here bc I live in the area. Also my drinks were requested to have less ice and it was made with just as much ice as it normally is. This place really needs to get it together, especially because it’s the summer and it’s located at a train station.

This is absolutely the most unprofessional dunkin donuts around. The little kids that work at night routinely close early by a lot! Close at 8 they shut it down by 730 bc they want to get out early. It’s pathetic and bad business. Open when you’re supposed to be open and be professional. You just can’t close early bc you wanna go out and party. It’s a business!!!!

N10 Fit
One of the few locations that has an upscale front mirroring its clean and organized inside. I visited this location by chance. Once inside, the staff member was very friendly in taking my order and apologized for the wait; even though it was not too long. It’s important to note how friendly, polite staff was and organized the location was.

Owner is just seems unhappy all the time.. Was at the counter trying to order and he looked like he didn’t want to be there . The negative energy he was giving off was overwhelming!! Give us attitude the whole time. Will never go to that one again. He made it uncomfortable and unwelcoming..
