If there were a way to put zero stars I would. Not only was our food 20 min late it looked as if someone had dropped the pizza picked it up and tried to Rearrange it. Then when I proceeded to call the person on the phone was so condescending on the phone that I lost my cool with him. Asked for a managers name who wasn’t there. Then when I asked for a store number and a higher up I was just hung up on. I called back and the guy chose not to answer a phone. Then I tried again and still not answer. God forbid a person was just calling to order a pizza. I feel bad for the owner of the establishment. We order from there all time and will not be ordering from that store or any other Pizza Hut again. It’s a shame because this location has been in west salem for 20 years.

We just had a pizza delivery. Your pizza is always good, but the delivery drive was very rude. my pizza box was open when I got and I did not get my receipt. I tried to call your store just after it was delivered but no one answered. The drive didn’t say Hi when he came into my business nor did he say thank you. We had customers at our register and they couldn’t believe how he acted. We have ordered from you many times. But after this it may be are last.

Amazing. Terrible day, car accident and urgent care to end a long workday…. I even showed up flustered thinking I was at a domino’s! Laughing now, the logo is on her hat, and highly noticeable! … Christina was a breath of fresh air, caring, understanding. Thank you for improving such a stressful day. I’ve worked in customer service for 20 years. She is truly a quality employee, and person. Your kindness was beyond appreciated. I don’t leave many reviews, but a 5-Stars well earned; I’d give 10…. Really, thank you. Yes, we typically go to domino’s. We came here because it was next door to the urgent care. We’ll be back just because of you.

Definitely do not recommend this pizza hut to anyone. I understand things happen but when you don’t try to fix the problem or at least offer a deal or a free pizza when YOU guys mess it up. We went to place a delivery order and the girl asked for the card details mutiple times. She kept apologizing which again understandable. Then proceeds to say Thier systems won’t take my card, so we cancelled the order thinking everything was good. Nope. The payment was taken out of our account. We called them back and said well the money was taken out. She said sorry I already cancelled the order so the money should return in a business day or so. I asked to speak to a manager because now there goes my one time to be able afford a pizza night.

I had a friend who worked at pizza hut and i once asked her to get me half buffalo half garlic parm with extra sauce and rub on each and i was always given a decent portion of the 2 types wjth good sauce (i still paid the store she just took it home after her shifts for me to enjoy) and i decided to order it by myself via app from west salem dominos and i was given 2 full garlic parm and buffalo wing portions which is fine its not any different if anything its more food right? Well i got the most pathetic unseasoned garlic parm and probably the last few drops of buffalo the store had.. i even paid delivery fee and tipped and i was given reallllllyyyy sad food. I have been to other big name pizza places, Pizza Hut is the only one that makes what I call an honest pizza. Ask for a pepperoni pizza at other places and they sprinkle a few on it. Pizza Hut actually covers the pizza with pepperoni. So at least once a month I get a pepperoni pizza from Pizza Hut.

Most Pizza Huts are the same. Classic pizza and great delivery. But this one is by far the best customer service in the region! Employees like Sharice, Mackenzie, and James are exactly the type of people you would want in your community. Can’t be anymore appreciative of their approach for customer service and quality food. Look forward to heading back soon!
