Cashier wasn’t friendly got the $20.00 box the fries were salty as hell we didn’t get any sauce for the chicken nuggets. Tho there were slots for the sauces. Just left hospital still had 35 more minutes to home if it wasn’t so far eould have gotten my money back . Never eating there again.

Just left there. Went to order their chicken nuggets and I could not hear the lady. She yelled at me in the drive thru like I was a literal child then her and other employees laughed when I passed around and did not order. Usually their food was good, but now this issue has had me not to want to go there anymore. I am so sorry that you were kind to the truck in the drive thru before me and I’m so sorry that you think yelling at someone is funny.

The food is 90% of the time great! I went the other night through drive thru and the girl working gave me an attitude about the new chicken wrap. When I asked to add it to my order at the window she said okay and then when I asked what came on it she gave me an attitude so I told her to forget about adding it. With that being said I wish I knew who cooked the food because when I say that was the BEST CRISPY CHICKEN I HAVE EVER EVER HAD FROM KFC!! It was AMAZING! So whoever was the cook on 02/15/23 you did an amazing job!

Hadn’t been to KFC in a long time. This was convenient and easy on/off highway. The chicken sandwich was truly delicious – real breast meat &, of course, the Colonel’s signature crispy breading. The fries were seasoned nicely. Dh liked their new chix wraps, too. Stephanie, the manager, was friendly PLUS the restroom was spotless. I live 20 miles away, and could see myself driving back there for a bucket of chicken!

The food was up to usual KFC standards but we stood there for five minutes with no acknowledgement or even a welcome to kfc. Finally an employee walked over and took our order but no smile or cheery expression. Most of the employees looked like they were ready to just close the door so they could go home. Not saying I wouldn’t be back just hope for a better atmosphere.
