My husband promised me the best tacos in New Mexico. I was shocked when we drove up to the parking lot with 5 food trucks. I was expecting a fancy Mexican restaurant, but the great value of 4 fresh delicious tacos for $11 won me over. This location had so many customers and an eating area behind. It deserves the praise .

The food is so incredible. The shredded goes so well with the Chile sauces and the beef dipping sauce. The tacos are the best I’ve ever had and I can see this place growing rapidly fast. If you’re visiting Santa Fe, Fusion Tacos has to be on your list of foods to try.

The breakfast burrito and smoothie from here were delicious and fresh. The burrito was about what I expected for the price, on the smaller side but very tasty. The smoothie was huge and not overly sweet, a great complement to a very hot day.
