Back in/pull through parking spaces, much easier to exit the lot. Seriously, this is the best Dairy Queen food I’ve ever eaten! Everything was fresh, juicy and quite filling. Staff was friendly and service was prompt with everything made fresh. Temperature in the room was comfortable and everything was clean and organized. Would highly recommend.

Asked for a blizzard with cocoa fudge and cheesecake. I asked if the cheesecake was frozen or thawed. They said it comes frozen but they use thawed. I requested for them to use frozen and she said they had to use up what they had before getting new. And she also answered very snarky. I do understand that reasoning because I have worked at many food related businesses and a DQ before. But I also know how it comes packaged and other DQ’s have honored my request. I still ordered the blizzard. Needless to say it did not taste like cocoa fudge and I literally had 2 pieces of cheesecake and not even crumbs.

It seems to be a trend here that when i order large frys they either give me a small and I need to say something or then only fill the large half full. They also tend to be cold and hard alot, they are the fastest thing to cook. But my burger was fresh that’s why it was a 2 star vs A 1 star

At times the staff at this location seem u happy or like they dont want to be there… I have only been here 3 times and 2 of them i didnt have a great experience with the staff. Seemed standoffish with unmotivated faces and that’s not something I’d like to see in people handling my food.. also asked for extra stuff in a blizzard and compared to other locations it seemed like extra meant add less… definitely not the greatest experience but if you love DQ it’s still worth it.

My sandwich was thrown together by a tornado it tasted ok after I got it together. Food took forever but it was a bit busy but still long for that. The ice cream came first when we asked for food to be first. Food wasnt hot .

Ordered a flamethrower combo with sauce on the side, they put extra sauce on the burger which had no bacon and it was inedebil due to the burger patties being so saturated with grease that it made the bottom bun like a wet sponge. The fries that they have me were the ones sitting up in the warmer when I arrived to place my order. They were so cold that the just dropped over when I bent them. Hey, but the soda was awesome hence the 1 star. I was there on 1/7/2020 at 5 p.m. at the Winthrop location I just want to make sure the right people get taught the correct procedures.

Dirtiest fast food joint I have seen in a while. This place needs a major cleaning. Food was ok at best. When it us your only option in town, next time I’m skipping it. Hopefully, someday they can bring back to life and show what a DQ is all about. Only reason it received 2 stars was the service.

No one knows how to take an order. The woman behind the counter making the ice cream screwed up every order I placed. The kid taking the order didnt place order in screen correctly. Its a joke.
