Customer service was great from the time I called in my order! Food was so goodddddd!! Give me that Mac & cheese recipe nowwww . I got lemon pepper fried turkey wing, mac, rice, collards and corn on the cob ($22). I’m so stuffed. I couldn’t even finish. Only thing I didn’t really care for was the collards, but they weren’t bad either. Moved her in November and this is definitely one of the good soul food restaurants so far. I read where some was saying rice was hard in the reviews but it’s not! If it would’ve cooked any longer it would’ve been mushy. (:

First time visiting the restaurant. Atmosphere is nice. Customer service stellar. Food is very good. A post reads that there’s no pork in the vegetables but the collard greens and green beans were seasoned well. The candied yams were soft and tasty. It’s better to call in for your order because the wait time can be lengthy. Bring cash because there is a fee to use your debit card. However, you can pay using cash app on your phone without a fee. I will definitely return.

Owner is very sweet. She displays kindness to everyone who walks through the doors. And the food matches the service, EXCELLENT!! The lima beans, field peas, green beans, collards, rice & gravy, stewed turkey wings…..oh my goodness…they are delicious. It all tastes like grandma’s cooking. This is real home cooking. It is not someone trying to pass off canned food for home cooking. You can taste the love in this food. I live an hour away and I went here 2 days back to back. Yes, it was that good. She also has fried fish, sandwiches and vegan and vegetarian options. So many good choices. I may go back tomorrow . Yes, I might wear it out or let it wear me down . Just try it. I can bet that you will not regret it!! I took a picture of some of the veggies that I got today. I warmed them once I got home since I had to travel a ways.

This hidden jewel packs a punch. The food is described perfectly.. INDULGE. Each bite indulges you into the next. Precious, you definitely provided the taste of the SOUTH. The customer service was as if I was speaking with an auntie preparing my food. The cashier, I can not remember her name, she was attentive, patient, courteous, and oh so very sweet. Everything is made with love and made to your liking. The cook(s) have BLESSED HANDS. They accommodated my boys on their meal.. they CUSTOMIZED for them **THAT DEFINITELY WON ME OVER** They have become my go-to hidden jewel, for my TRUE SOUTHERN COMFORT SOUL FOOD urges. I found this little heaven on earth a few days ago and revisited yesterday for some hamburger steak with gravy, onions&peppers over rice. When I got in my car I told myself I was gonna just taste a sample before leaving, but I couldn’t stop and ended up finishing my entire plate right in the parking lot…. Lord hand mercy…. The name serves well because the food is very “Precious” as is the owner and her staff. The energy of the owner and customer service was phenomenal…. I woke up thinking about INdulging in another Precious taste of the South…. I want more! ❤️❤️❤️

This was my first time there. I ordered the gator dinner with shrimp added over rice and gravy. My sides were mac and cheese and green beans. For my drink I chose one of their specialty drinks called Deep Blue Sea. I ordered the ham and bacon salad for my husband. First the staff was super friendly. The food looked amazing and tasted even better! My drink was perfect, sweet but not too sweet. I will be ordering from here again soon!

Great vegan/vegetarian options! Love to eat here regularly. None of the greens are cooked n pork and they are flavorful and delicious. The beans/peas are snappin!! (Pun intended). You really can’t go wrong here !
