Wow, this place is excellent. Real Mexican food, no cheap substitute ingredients. I had the #1 and substituted a taco for the burrito. It also had a chile releno and chalupa. All three were excellent. I added the cheese dip option which was real white cheese, very rich and delicious. The chalupa was delicious and crunchy, topped with salsa and guacamole. Relleno was filled with cheese. Taco was crunchy and ground beef was good quality beef. The 27 oz Texas margarita was probably a bit much, but was also very good with the meal. Two salsas come w meal, a chipotle style (dark) and traditional red had excellent flavor and just the right heat (I had three reds and two chipotle’s).

The food was not good at all. All the ingredients were old and dry. The atmosphere could have been better. Get rid of that obnoxious robot or at least turn its volume down. Service was good. If you want tasty food go to Chylacas. This is our go-to but we decided on La Hacienda due to convenience, will not return.

To start off the our server was amazing, she was very attentive and sweet considering we were the only 2 people in the restaurant. My boyfriend and I and arrived about hour and half before closing. We ordered one cheese dip, 2 margaritas, and 2 meals and our total before tip $100 THATS RIDICULOUS!!!! Not to add they had a robot cat that brought our food to us.. we were the ONLY 2 PEOPLE in the restaurant!! Then they proceeded to leave the robot in the middle of the restaurant repeating the same sentence over and over again…. Not enjoyable at all. We will not ever be going back.

Food is Great . Service is A++. We go here often . There is a new electronic server that brings food to the table . We didn’t like it but several people were smiling & taking pictures of it. It is mostly met with a sense of awkwardness. The staff try to meet it at the table & serve the food to the table vs. having customers notice the blinking lights indicating that tables food. Hmmm . Please don’t let the electronic thing throw you off. We go here often & the food is GOOD.

Took 25 minutes to get drinks and chips. It wasn’t even that busy! Then after waiting another 20 minutes, our food came out cold. My husband said his was cold and wasn’t sure if it tasted right/was cooked right so he only had two bites before he called it quits.

Only got chips, salsa, and drinks after about 20 minutes. When we were finally handed the menu, we were immediately asked if we knew what we wanted to order. The prices seem really high compared to other Mexican restaurants. The a la carte items like beans and rice are $3.50 each. To add cheese dip to anything is $4 and small bowl is over $6. To top it all off, as everyone around us that’s been here is waiting for their food, 2 employees come out with a robot food delivery cart. They don’t know who’s food it is and both employees walking around to every table. I guess they still didn’t figure it out because they left and left the robot outside. It kept spinning around on the patio with someone’s food on it and was singing and playing music. Seriously!?!? What is this?? Dinner and a show? We showed ourselves out after offering to pay for the chips/salsa. Never again.

The food was good and the restaurant is decorated like any other Mexican restaurant. The biggest problem we had when going was that the service was terrible. It took us forever to get drinks after we got sat and after that forever to get our order taken. It was good but on the expensive side. The last problem was it took us forever to even get the check we ended up having to stand by the door to get our stuff paid for and it wasn’t it that busy maybe about 5 or 6 tables sat at the time.
