Last time I was here, waited over 30 mins in the parking lot. Then tonight, they said 5-10 min wait again, AFTER they ran my card. After 20 mins, I asked for a refund, which took another 10 mins. Food still wasn’t ready. They will lie to you to make a sale, then get to it when they get to it.

The service is very very slow and disorganized. Did an online order and it said it was going to be ready at 6:20pm. I arrive at 6:23 and it is absolutely dead no one in the drive through, I pull up and they said they just threw it in the oven. I end up waiting over 45 minutes after they said they’d bring it out to me when ready. It’s finally given to me when I go back up to the window and ask about it and I’m told “sorry I thought our worker gave it to you already.” This has happened twice now out of the two times I’ve done an online mobile order. Mind you, I ordered just an extra most bestest, nothing crazy or customized.

I waited for over an hour for a pizza. I hope they enjoy the $14.83 (that was for a pizza that I never received). They won’t get another cent of mine again! I feel like I pretty much paid for renting a parking spot in their parking lot for an hour and fifteen minutes watching the 7 cars that came after me in the drive through storm into the place and eventually and angrily leave with their food. I asked the girl at the window how long the wait was for a certain pizza and the reply was six minutes. Watching the other people walking in with frustration and what looked like one person dealing with the chaos and the rest of the workers looking like they were on down time is not a good look. I just left and went and got some food down the road and was only at this place for four minutes. Good luck

I would give 0 stars if I could.. I pulled up and got some food last night. While I was waiting to get my food I seen staff members in the kitchen area actually wearing pajamas looking like they rolled straight out of bed.. hair all over the place right by the food.. the pizzas were disgusting. Hard as a rock.. cold.. and plain gross. I won’t order from that kitchen ever again.. but they act like they want to go out of business so who knows.. maybe that’s what they want.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered one original pepperoni and 2 bread sticks. The pizza has no sauce on it and the bread sticks weren’t cooked all the way (pure raw dough) wouldn’t recommend this location

If you are locking the lobby by 8 stop allowing in store pickup after 8. I ordered for self pickup to avoid the line, and still ended up stuck waiting over 20 minutes for food I wanted hot. Not to mention the drive through speaker is broke.

I had to edit my 5 star review because this place is going downhill fast. For some reason you can’t order at the speaker anymore so you have to pull up to the window for face-to-face ordering which makes everybody have to wait longer for their food if it’s not “ready to serve”. I’m pretty sure a snail can move faster through this line. Several cars left without getting their food and there’s still 6 cars ahead of me after 20 minutes. My breadsticks were soaked in what seemed like a pound of butter and they were just dripping out of the package. A few weeks ago I was charged $14 for a regular hot and ready pizza. When I asked him what happened to their $5-$6 pizzas, he said they don’t have them anymore. I also never got a receipt so I’m pretty sure they are pocketing that extra $8. My family loves this pizza but every time I try to give this business another chance, the whole experience is worse than the last.

Raggedy. The service matches the building. I sat in the drive thru for a few minutes before I called their number. They said the drive thru was open but never came to the speaker or window. If your service is that poor, I definitely don’t want the food.

Me and the kids were starving! We stopped at little Caesars for one of the new pretzel crust pizza combos and it was absolutely delicious. I piled my zap pack seasonings on there and grabbed my jalapeño cheddar sauce to dip it in. Great end to a great night.
