Order was delivered quicker than quoted delivery time. Food was hot and fresh and order was accurate. Delivery driver was wearing proper facial covering and very courteous. I ordered this expensive meal specifically for the soda, only half of what I ordered delivered, simple delivery instruction states call at arrival, I received a call asking if I got the food? Apparently it was given to 1 of my roommates now involving him as he accepted an incomplete order on my behalf, was told will get store credit not helping as any stores in reasonable distance are closed they weren’t when I submitted order, I felt there was a little deception in this and no resolution guess it just sucks to be me, next time I will just go get what I want for a fraction of the price avoid the agitation drama reviews all I wanted was some soda and was willing to pay a lot for that instead for a lot of money I receive tasks in reviews and aggravation,

Not impressed. Ordered at 6:10p on a Thursday for delivery ahead at 7:45p. 8:01 rolls around and no pizza — we call and they say they’re just pulling it out of the oven and will be giving it to the delivery person. They are literally a 5 minute drive to our house. 8:23 (38 minutes after the pizza was scheduled for) the pizza finally arrives. And its cold. At most, room temperature. No apologies for the delay. Late, cold pizza. Won’t be ordering from there again.

Good prices, decent pizza. Tends to take longer than expected. No contactless carryout. One employee was wearing their mask improperly (not covering nose) and another wasn’t wearing one at all. No plexiglass or extra distancing, just one pen for everyone to share when signing receipts. If you’re actively trying to social distance, get delivery I guess.
