Best Coffee shop, hands down! Every employee is lovely and super helpful. They have the greatest light and medium roasts. They also have great americanos both hot and iced. They have board games you can play while your there. They display art from local artists. They have a great little outdoor space. Their drive-thru is always quick! Almost forgot they have delicious avocado toast!

Too much chocolate. Asked for whipped cream and they did not put any on. Overall an unenjoyable experience.

Felt like having a coffee and a treat before church, so I stopped by here. I ordered a small frappe mocha coffee and a chocolate Croissant. It was wonderful. I would definitely order both again. The girl behind the counter was friendly. The atmosphere was nice. They had coffee and cups for sale in there store. It was a cozy little coffee shop.

I really enjoyed my experience at this Dunn Brothers. The staff really made the difference in my experience and is what set’s this Dunn Brothers apart. I really appreciated Everette for how kind he was to me and my group! It really made me feel like I was in a small coffee shop and made me want to return!

Honestly I love Dunn Brothers and generally look forward to going here. I love their gluten free English muffins – one of my favorite breakfasts. But when I came here today and ordered it and a nirvana coffee they were out of the muffins and didn’t tell me and instead served me something I didn’t order and wouldn’t want. Also they completely forgot to make my coffee and after waiting till we were done I finally had to go up and ask. Really disappointed.

Unlike Starbucks and Caribou, Dunn still has a manual espresso machine, which gives the barista the control to make a better cup of coffee. This Dunn is well-staffed and everyone is friendly. The baked goods are superior to most coffee shops. My 2 favorites are the chocolate avalanche warmed up, and the espresso brownie bites. Today I tried their “food” menu for the first time. I had the California chicken sandwich, and it was excellent. This Dunn is located in a dense suburban area, so it occasionally gets busy with families, especially on weekend afternoons. Other times are usually pretty quiet.

I took about 30sec to min to look over the menu, when I pulled up the drive thru barista didn’t see the window was a crack open and I heard he telling a co-worker ” why does it take 5 min to order, You should know what you want before you order” . I didn’t take 5 minutes to order and maybe it took a minute at most. I felt she was retaliating and took quite some time to bring up my food to give me the wrong order, wrong sandwich and drink.

Coffee shop for the green-purple-pink haired types and other snobby Iiberals. The coffee tastes like lysol and is more expensive than Starbucks which didn’t think was possible. It’s also not locally owned like it claims. The brand is owned by some Indian ‘investor’ out in California now. Know where your money goes.

Sadly, this location almost always gets the order wrong in drive thru. My photo is my original drink, and the remake…both are wrong btw! I’ve had curdled milk (happens when you overheat it), complete wrong order, forgetting whip, not adding the flavor shot….you name it, it’s always something. I order the same drink and it always taste different. Can’t justify spending that much on a coffee here anymore. I recommend training on making consistent drinks….I’ve managed a coffee shop before, it shouldn’t be that hard.

Been going here forever. Love the coffee. However the service has gotten almost unbearably slow and offen riddled with errors so much so that our family has moved on to other chains.
