The number doesn’t work you can’t order specialty lattes off door dash. Trying to order a caramel craze iced latte but I have to tell them the ingredients myself can’t pick “caramel craze” can’t specify on the app anywhere and I couldn’t call the store ahead of time to tell them!! The driver tried to tell them she said “I already made it and the bag is closed .” Then door dash support keeps re ordering the wrong drink!!!!!! Get a working phone and update the door dash app !!!!!!!

Terrible service. I ordered a medium hot coffee and it took 15 minutes to get my order. When I asked what is taking so long the lady there looked at me as though they forgot the order. Place seems disarray. This place needs to be shut down or needs to be under new management. Never going here again.

I just had the worst experience here. I order a cheddar cheese twist. I asked if they could cut it open and put butter, and jelly on it. The girl at the register tells me they have nothing to cut it open with. And that I have to spread my own butter, and jelly on it. When I get my order, I asked for extra butter and jelly. The girl from that was the cashier says, next time, you have to ask for extra jelly from the cashier because there is a charge. I took a dollar out my pocket and threw it at the table. I admit, that was wrong. My issues is, I was giving a knife to cut open my twist and spread the butter, and Jelly on it. Why, could they not do it? So that I could have the inside of my twist toasted like, I originally wanted? If you can cut open bagels and croissants, and spread butter, jelly, and cream cheese. Why not my cheese twist?

Drive up to place the order and the individual working that transaction just utilized it in an unprofessional way. It was rude I was just trying to place my order and then there was no manager present available to call voice-mail full. Still no service.

The service here is horribly slow. Only 4 people ahead of me in line and it took close to 20 minutes for someone to take my order. I was in there about 30 minutes total to get 1 coffee and the place wasn’t even very crowded. 1 employee claimed they were “short staffed”. I counted 6 employees! I’ve been at other Dunkin’s with only 2 people and they were faster. The person making my coffee (only 1 person btw) took forever to make each 1.
