Was a little worried about this place because it is in a gas station. I ask the people at the hotel I am staying and they said it was good. I had the taco salad with ground beef. I was pleasantly surprised. It was good. Nice staff. Very fast service. I WILL be eating here again

Food is average. It became so commercial that it doesn’t bring what traditional Mexican tacos have to offer. The service was good, quick , with a smile! Sometimes, you find a diamond in the rough, but it definitely wasn’t this place.

Good authentic mexican food. Delicious. First let me say when I did the review I was driving and I didn’t have my reading glasses on, just sunglasses. I want to apologize for my error. Everything was great. I stop there just about every time I go through Lakeland area, which is every couple of weeks. Sorry guys it should have been 5 stars for sure.

It was delicious…this is my second time having them as I’m a long haul truck driver and remembered this place the last time I was thru here and remembered them being delicious. The steak meat was a little on the dry side this time but they were still really good. I got the street corn this time and I tell ya, it was so good I nearly cried. The last couple of times across my travels I have had some really bad experience with street corn and taco’s so this was a wonderful come back from my experience on the road. It was quick, the Ladies making it and serving were friendly. I will definitely be back again the next time I come back through here for work!

I got the El Jefe burrito and it was very good but the red salsa tasted a bit like ketchup but the salsa verde was very good. So I do not recommend the red salsa to much. I believe the ones who run the taco bus are much more in tune to cleanliness than the owners of the gas station. So I am giving an A + for service, cleanliness, and food to the taco bus. But a big massive Fail to the gas station attendants and owners. Because the store is filthy and the bathrooms are even worse!

I love Taco Bus! But I was very disappointed this time. You don’t see any help until you finish placing your own order in their self-service kiosk. So you are placing your own order, and in the end, there’s a mandatory minimum tip of 5%!!! For no help whatsoever!

Each Taco Bus in the area has its own flair to it. This particular one is the best of all 3 . The woman who has helped me the last 2 times is awesome . Always kind and gives me EXACTLY what I ask for . The reason for the 4/5 is because other employees haven’t been as *kind* . She gets a 10/10 in my opinion. Don’t knock it until you try it . I get the shrimp tacos almost everytime and from here, they do it the best ! Thank you . Bring back the military discounts tho (:
