Came here opening day. Star was really nice. Food came out at a timely manner. Taste was meh. I didn’t like that their sauces came in condiment packs, you need like 10+ to eat with. Drinks were ok. Live DJ there. I could see this being a nice happy hour spot.

Good oven chicken really juicy but not traditional peruvian chicken flavor, we order it a whole chicken plus four sides: sweet plantain, yuca fries, fry rice ( the sides are small) we also order the churro donut delicious, I will return for the chicken and churro donut. Great service.

Came here at night and the vibes were so good!!! We wished more people in Clarendon would migrate from the same old bars and come here! The DJ was on point the entire night and the drink selection was so good. This place has so much potential and will likely be the spot to go in the coming months. We even scored promo cards for discounted late night bites – they did not disappoint!

Still freshly new. So exciting to be here. I think staff is getting used to the work, but I feel optimistic about them. They were nice and pleasant to talk with. My yuca wasn’t readily available at the time of order, but they kept me aware of that. Checkout was smooth.

I broke the cardinal rule…do not patronize restaurants within the first 60 days of opening. I was served the wrong order after they had remade the order already. My wife was finished with her dinner by the time my dinner arrived. Lesson learned.

It’s alright. I went for lunch and got the 1/4 White with the rice and cucumber salad for dine-in. The chicken was unfortunately cold and the rice was kinda bland. The cucumber salad was actually pretty good. I think the staff are still new to preparing the food. Cool atmosphere otherwise. It should noted that you can get much more tastier food and $3-$5 cheaper a 2-min drive away at El Pollo Rico

You can get a unique and solid sandwich here for $10. Yes, I said it. Despite Jimmy Johns charging $10 for subs in 2023, you can actually sit down and enjoy a peruvian chicken-stuffed sandwich here for the same price. Also, the majority of their sandwiches are very tasty, with multiple unique ingredients. Reminds me of doner sandwiches. The restaurant also has two seating areas – one for general dining and then a bar. Food service is very fast whether ordering in the diner or bar. Drinks are also highly unique and HH specials are nice. The price ceiling for generally mediocre shots of whiskey seems just a little high for what it should be, with manhattans clocking in at $16+ for the cheapest of whiskeys, like Jim Beam. Still, the uniqueness of whiskey + Peruvian chicken makes this place worth several visits. This is a great addition to the clarendon food scene. Owners NEED to do something to bring in crowds this place is just as dead as Hunan1 was back in the day.

Peruvian rotisserie chicken and a great choice of sides. The right side of the restaurant is the bar with a fantastic selection of whiskeys. And you can order food. The left side is for food only. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the spot. I had previously been to their DC location and thought the food and atmosphere were mediocre. I decided to try it again as they opened a location down the street. Food was great, the cocktails were creative and tasty and the service was on point. The bartender Rodrigo was super cool and provided great service. Plan to go back!
