Having a child with sensory and eating problems we come here pretty often because it’s one of the few things he will eat. Often our order is messed up but I never complain. Buuuut today my son wanted his happy meal and a blueberry milk shake because it’s plastered on the sign super big and he loves blueberry everything. Unfortunately we were denied because we were only getting a happy meal and that’s not offered with it! I cannot eat your food due to allergies therefore all I get is happy meals for my 4 year old! And it’s freaking ridiculous that I could not pay for something you have on your menu because I wasn’t ordering what you want me to!! I know it’s not the employees fault but shame on you McDonald’s!!! While I’m still over here trying to make my 4 year old understand why he couldn’t have a freaking blueberry milkshake!!!! Seems like the higher ups really need to grow up!!!

My daughter worked here in HS and it was a booming place. Always busy, lots of employees and fast. Post COVID…no employees, ghost town and lobby always closed. I realize setting high expectations for fast food is an uphill battle but address it or sell it.

Don’t come here if it’s 9:15pm they’re closed. This kid named Josh will just be standing there looking silly af with 2 yellow caution cones and he won’t even acknowledge you to let you know that the drive thru is closed because they’re too lazy and slow to pump out some cheap mcdonalds food. Closing hours are 10pm if it’s 9pm just change the hours. I’ll drive to Lake stevens next time. Stay away from here.

Scammers! 5 times in a row I only got half or 3/4 of my order. Family of 6 and get home to split not enough food between kids. Yesterday we waited long enough we were late and my wife had to walk in to see if they forgot about us. She checked the bag because I insisted and again they forgot 2 out of 5 meals. I went through the drive through and the lady working the window was So nice. Me and my boyfriend commented about how her service is more akin to a 5 star ⭐ service. I’ve never had a fast food worker speak to me with such eloquence and caring over a McChicken Sandwich. Lol. The sandwich itself was made nicely as well. Perfect amount of lettuce and mayo. Will visit here again, although, I do not eat fast food regularly -at all- but when I do I’ll definitely hit this spot back up.
