Uhhh I was excited for this chipotle since is closer to home , but man I rather drive those 10-15 minutes away. This chipotle is terrible , the white rice is always so hard and nasty. Uhhhh I should know better that the rice is never cooked right and it has a nasty taste . Save your self the time and the bad moment and just drive to 610 and Ella . The rice over there is always fresh it never disappoints.

This Chipotle is TERRIBLE. I went there one night and a girl was cleaning up in booty short and a tshirt. I asked the staff why she was dressed like that, they said she just cleaning. DISGUSTING… I just walked out.

This location service is horrible. Just throw the entire staff away. I’ve been at this location 2 times, each time it’s the same! It’s extremely disgusting inside this establishment. I walked in 2 hours after opening and it was trash all over the floor, tables were not clean, and staff was chewing gum over the food. When ordering my food employees didn’t put the correct portion size. Everything was a half of spoon and upon addressing this matter I was advised it’s 4oz per serving. So if you’re using a cooking spoon and given half of a spoon how are you determining the 4oz? Secondly, they should be using measuring scoops/spoons to ensure the customer that they are reviewing the right portion size. At this point it’s contact the health inspector and whoever else I can contact.

It is discriminatory not take orders over the phone my mom is 79 and not computer literate it should not be mandatory to place an order online or through an app. We also drove up there to place an order and they would only take an order through the online app etc, no phone calls and no in person orders which is ridiculous!!

I went two different times and the water wasn’t working in the bathroom. So it has me thinking how are the employees thoroughly washing their hands. That is a sanitation violation. I know longer go to this location anymore.

Worst chipotle in Houston! I have visited this location several times. The employees are always rude and never have customer service skills. Today they were supposed to open at 10:45. It’s 11 o’clock. They are not open but all the employees are inside. Sitting down at the table, Eating, and watching customers just knock at the door. Very disappointing after we waited so long for a chipotle in this area. I guess we’re better off just going to the Heights.
