On my way home from work there was someone holding a sign at the intersection that said “50% off menu prices”. I was at a stop light so I looked at the fine print which said, “Today only,” I thought great! I will order Domino’s tonight. I called at 6:35pm and was declined the offer because they said the offer ended at 3pm. I asked for a manager, she sad, “I am the manager and the offer is over.” If I would have known the offer ended at 3pm, I may have ordered before and saved it for later, but the sign did not say that. I’ll never order from Domino’s again. All public offers I have seen from Papa John’s have been honored.

Ordered a Large Supreme Pizza, got very few ingredients. Was eating Dough and Sauce . Horrible Customer Service, the Cutter was slow, she kept pushing the pizzas back into the oven, to keep up. She was wearing ear plugs, I had to remind her the pizzas was about to fall off the rack. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

Got 2 pizzas last night, fresh out the oven…. like no sauce at all. Sad when cici’s pizza is better. Ate 1 slice from each pizza and threw in the trash. Gave dominos another chance since the new location opened, never again thats for sure.

Ordered a cheese pizza for my neice…I get home and she says uncle that was a weird pizza! No sauce?!? I called and started being sworn at and hung up on..upper management is no help. Good luck but I’d stay clear from this company and the local management around this location

Dry, salty pizza. Rude management with horrible customer service. They incorrectly made a pizza, and after we reported it in the app they called us and blamed us for ordering it wrong? Insisting they were correct when we had receipt proof they made it wrong. Take your business elsewhere!

I haven’t ordered from this location in over a year or so, but I’d thought I ‘d give it a try again. The delivery driver brought the wrong order to my home, and the only explanation provided when asked about a refund was “I must have been given the wrong order”. I called the store and was offered a refund or to remake my pizza. I chose to have it remade, and delivery was promised in 10-15 minutes. The same delivery driver returns with a lukewarm pizza. Obviously my pizza was not remade. Additionally, there was no receipt on the box. I had to drive to the store, where the manager questioned if this was delivery order?!!? I was ultimately refunded my money. I ordered pizza fro a local spot that got it correct upon delivery and piping hot. Will not be back.

This might be the best Dominoes I’ve found to date. I’ve been genuinely impressed from time to time how good the pizzas are. I’m not sure what they’re doing different, but the pizza is typically cooked perfectly and the cheese and sauce is always on point. Good stuff.
