Horrible service. We walked in and first off it was very sticky and half of the ordering machines were broken, we ordered 2 burgers one Big Mac and one double cheeseburger. I had trouble paying because the employee at the front didn’t know if I could split my payments between cash and card (which obviously I could) so she took 3 minutes talking ti the manager asking if I could do that, finally when she let me, me and my friend sat down and waited for 20 minutes. After that we went up to the front to see if it was done, the lady told us to wait a couple more minutes so we sat back down. After that we still haven’t out food so we set a 10 minute timer. It went off and then waited 8 minutes after. After 15 minutes I went back up and she didn’t think I actually ordered even though I had my receipt clearly had the order time. Finally when the lady believed me it took it them another 10 minutes to finally make our food. And when they finally gave us our food they didn’t even make my order right. All together it took almost an HOUR just to make 2 simple burgers.

Brought my two year old grandson in for lunch. IThey only have one high chair and it was dirty. I asked.then if they had a clean one which I was surprised they only had the one. They sent a girl out which left the seat.of it very wet. She didn’t even wipe the bar on it. Bathroom was dirty and around the sink was wet around it. I both a cappuccino and took the lid off and they barely gave me a half cup. Took the cup back up to the counter and asked is that what I’m supposed to get for close to $4 ? Also the fries and the chicken nuggets were cold.

Was there yesterday afternoon and all the tables we trying to sit at was dirty and whent u to the counter and asked if I could get something to clean the tables off with and some lady in red shirt said to another employee that somebody is complaining about the tables and then it took 10 minutes for someone to come out and still did not clean the tables off and then another for 5 minutes for food and drinks very disappointed with the way I was talked to buy I think a manger
