As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This is a strictly take out place. There are two drive through windows, but one of them is usable only if you have someone sitting on the passenger side of the car. There are two walk up windows. No indoor seating. There are outdoor picnic tables.

The young employees were entertaining when I went to the walk up window to order. They were concerned about a customer who falsely thought that they deliver ordered food to customers while they are parked in the lot so I volunteered to go tell the customer that they wanted him to come get his food. Which he did and thanked me.

We pulled up to the window & people were arguing inside, they told us to pull around front to wait for some items from our order… I’m not sure if they gave our food to the wrong person or what but we were parked out front for 40 minutes & no one came back out so we were so mad we left & didn’t even get our food after we paid $34! Smh it just seemed like there was a lack of management in there.

Worst experience ever. The workers need training from a chick fila manager. I ordered one thing and it took 20 mins. When I got to the window they forgot to drop my funnel cake fries. The only reason I didn’t leave is because I was in the drive through and there was no way out. The girl who open the window was laughing and playing with the manager. Another young girl with green dreads. No one said we apologize or anything. They all just laughed and playing. I never stop here but I said let me take a chance and now I will never come back again.
