Wow am I happy I made this my last lunch stop of the trip! This food truck serves ridiculously good food! They had the best brisket I’ve had in quite a while! I got the OMG, which turned out to be basically a brisket quesadilla in a flatbread with grilled onions and peppers. SO VERY GOOD! The sweet potato fries are amazing as well!! And everything goes with the sauce they give you. My partner got the Curry Naan and it was great as well. The chicken was so tender and had nice grill flavor.

Food was more than fantastic and I only waited about 5 minutes. Got the Don Juan tacos and truffle fries. Everything in the taco tested so fresh and flavorful. The fries were probably the best fries I’ve ever had.

Awesome new find! Master chef Mike Maples has created the best little food truck in the area! Lunch special is always a winner. Turkey Rueben yesterday and today Shrimp tacos. Fresh cut fries are the best! Curry chicken Naan amazing! Lunch M-F 11-2 Try it!
