Love this Domino’s! The pizza is always fresh and hot, the service is always friendly, and the delivery is smooth! I love ordering online because it makes it so quick and easy. Ordered on the app, thought I was ordering for right away, but the app had other plans. Showed up to get my order and to our surprise it was for the next day. Jason stepped right up and let me know that he’ll get it in the oven straight away. Only having a short time to eat on lunch break, I appreciated the hustle fixing my mistake. I do like domino’s, but I HATE there $4.75 delivery fee ,plus tip for driver. With this 50 percent off deal now the tip and delivery fee is more then the cost of the pizza. Live .5 miles away … it’s a shame because I felt like having domino’s today.

I probably order from this store about 5-6 times, Ordered a large pizza and 16 boneless chicken, when receive my order when I got home I found that 8 chicken boneless wings were large and 8 were very small, then when I complain to the store he said no problem you can get 16 for free when you order from us again, ( YEA RIGHT) then when I went to the store a few weeks later she said oh No , how do we know that you’re telling the truth?????? WHAT ??????? The owner was supposed to call me back. He never called me back.

As once being a manager of many Domino’s locations in Chester County for years (high volume stores), I am an extremely critical customer of Domino’s knowing what is expected of orders. I was happy to see this location in Fairless Hills open since closer than other Domino’s and my experience was not great from one prior that serviced my section. I placed a time order for carryout. Large order, couple of pizzas, cheesybread, couple cinnastix, and couple of orders of boneless chicken. I had special instructions of light sauce on our pizzas. I decided to go in to see how location looked inside. Remember, I am more critical than most since I was a Manager and audit advisor for stores. I was super impressed! I was greeted right away by both employees in the store. Store was very clean. I honestly couldn’t find a thing wrong. My order was ready on time (tracker is a great feature). Hot and fresh. They even bagged my dipping sauces separately and made sure I got them with my order. My order was 100% correct. Abundance of toppings and cheese. Light sauce as requested. I placed my order online and all requests and items were correct. I am completely satisfied and plan to continue ordering from the location in Fairless Hills. My daughter is considering a job there because the manager and employee in store were so polite. Best experience with a Domino’s location since I moved to Bucks County years ago. Thank you ladies for great food and great walk-in experience.

This domino’s used to be good until I recently did a carryout for bacon bbq chicken and the loaded tater tots and as soon as I went to go pick up my order I noticed 3 employees busy making a big order for security interns and I waited a good 10 mins and still was ignored so unfortunately I left without the order I paid for, I’m very disappointed with this domino’s, never neglect the customer.
