Took about half hour to get meal. Only two people ahead of us. Ordered a 4 piece chicken basket with water, given cup & a 6 piece with a strawberry shake..was given number to place on table. No shake even..all came at once half hour later…chicken portions tough & barely warm like they’d set awhile…with few fries & small gravy container to dip..on 6 piece order was a toast over $21. for a bad service experience…worst DQ visit ever… won’t be back!

Waited over 20 mins in lobby and they never started our order so we walked up to the counter and someone finally started our order. It took me coming up to the counter to even get them to do their job. Worst part there hasn’t been anyone come in to the lobby since we did and we still had to wait.

Not only did we have to wait 15 minutes(with only three cars ahead) in line to get to the menu to order, but when we did the employee on the other end of the mic was given our order very simple: 2 #9’s no pickle on both, larges with onion rings. One sprite one cherry coke, then to be told to go to the window when there’s three other people in front of us. Now how is that’s supposed to work. Not satisfied and didn’t spend any money here wasn’t worth it anymore

I came in for a 6 piece chicken strip basket & I got my order within 3 or 4 minutes & all my food was fresh & hot, I got what I paid for & I couldn’t be more pleased. They definitely seem understaffed, Cyrus took my order, made my food, & handed it to me so I definitely think they could use some more workers

I went and ordered a stack burger combo which the lady said came with fries drink burger and ice cream I also ordered fries and pretzel sticks with cheese and I got the wrong burger no ice cream no cheese and was missing a fry

Usually stop in here when I’m passing through with my work. The place is always clean. The staff is usually very friendly, bathrooms are clean. Don’t go at lunch cuz this place is slammed! I ordered a meal and then said I could come back from my ice cream after I sat down and had my lunch. Didn’t bother, because the line was almost to the door, I’ll know from now on not to come back at that time.
