I recently visited round table pizza and while the pizza itself was good, the overall experience left much to be desired. Let’s start with the positive aspects. The pizza was delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy, the toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the cheese was perfectly melted. I really enjoyed every bite of it. However, I have to mention that the customer service I received during my visit was subpar. The cashiers and servers, (just the men) were rude and unfriendly. It seemed as though they had no interest in providing a pleasant experience for the customers and spent most of their time chatting with each other behind the counter. Their lack of professionalism was evident, and it left a sour taste in my mouth.

Very bad service. I went in to get my birthday pizza. And I was very disappointed. I was first ignored by 2 workers and the one went to the cooks to speak bad about me in their language. I asked for ranch and was told it’s 50 cents. It wasn’t 50 cents at Castro Valley and the front cashier said because ranch only comes with twists. I thought the manager was a sweet man but I felt like he doesn’t prioritize his customers. I was only given one pack of cheese and rep pepper I think 2 would have been better.

Worst experience tonight. Placed an order line order, but it was apparently marked as for pick up. Alex was the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to there. He only wanted to argue that It was marked for pick up. I got fed up and said I just wanted to know if they were going to deliver my pizza or I wanted a refund. Alex said he’d refund me and then hung up on me.
