For starters this Is my local pizza hut location we Order From this Specific pizza hut location @ least 3 times a Week And know Just about Everyone By name. I go in tonight to pick up the big New yorker and Open it up right on the Counter And the Pepperonis A Almost Non existent in the Center of the Pizza i voice my concern to The “Assistant manager” Luke who Cant be Much older than 16 and He Says that there isnt anything he can do about There being no Pepperonis in the Center..I Say i have Never Gotten A Pepperoni pizza with Less Pepperonis on it Before And He Continued to say There is Nothing he can do about it. I asked Him to Re make It Plz and He Says He Wont.. thats Horrible Customer service. I wasnt Rude Or Anything. I even gave the guy a Tip Before All this.. needless to say Im Left With A “Cheese” pizza with Pepperonis around The Crust and A Bad taste In my mouth.. i think its Time To go back to Getting dominos Or Mr jims Pizza..

The staff there is truly amazing and I appreciate their hard work. They saved the night and even made my day with how kind they were. They worked diligently to get my order done quickly and me out the door. I called a pizza place in Hudson Oaks and felt as if I was bothering them. Willow Park Pizza Hut is awesome. 9 times out 10 they’re quick to deliver. The food is hot, fresh and tastes good. Having leftovers the next day is good too.

It took my order over three hours to be delivered.i got cold and salty pizza, wings that looked uncooked (maybe boiled). I ordered naked wings because I wanted crispy wings and BBQ sauce on side and was charged for the sauce, which was I guess from their bottle but watered down, it seemed. The one thing that was at an appropriate temperature was the liter of Dr. Pepper.

There’s days where this place is slow. Times are tough and the work here isn’t for everyone. Most of the time you’re gonna get it on time though, and it’ll taste pretty good. If you ever have an issue or it’s real late you’re likely to get a refund plus a credit under your number.
