My wife and I went in this evening for those advertised Pizza Subs. We are very disappointed and a bit disgusted! Asked and payed for extra cheese on them and onions. Got neither! Called when we got home and spoke with the boy that took my order and charged me for what I didn’t get, he asked me if I wanted to come back and have them remake them. We’re 60 years old and on SSI, “so no, we don’t wanna come back out” , was my reply. First and last time we go to Firehouse subs! We’ll stick with Subway. Perhaps if the kids were paying more attention to their job instead of playing, they could have gotten my order right. Give them some credit, they did manage to give us the pickles we told them we didn’t want.
