I got the godfather and it was amazing. I ate the first half of the sandwich on my lap in the car and as I went to grab my water I dropped the second half on the floor. The first half was so good I briefly considered eating the half literally covered in dirt.

Another Buffalo original, and I must stop destination for sandwich enthusiasts. This is is not the original location. But the tradition of the old Marcos on Hertal ave. has certainly been kept alive. Highly recommend the golf club and the mamma Mia.

Marcos have really good sandwiches. We haven’t tried anything else on the menu, so we can only speak about their sandwich. Our favorites are Bugsy Siegel and Big Johnson. Bugsy Siegel is your standard Italian combo; the smoked meats are all very well done. Big Johnson, on the other hand, is a hot sandwich with sausage that has been dressed with Italian toppings. The restaurant itself is quite small, but most people just grab their sandwich and go. Plenty of parking and easy access from Maple.

Wow, this place is incredible. I had The Godfather and it was amazing. Very warm and friendly place and service was fast and efficient. Don’t forget to try the cannolis. Highly recommend!
