The only good thing about this place was the size of the burrito for the price. I got the el panzon burrito with the enchilada sauce and carne asada without the drink. It was roughly $15. There was not much meat in it and the flavor was bland. The salsa I picked from the side made it a bit better. Would recommend checking out other burrito places.

I’m not big fan of mexican food so I don’t want to say anything about taste. I give 3* because meat was very gristle and hard to bite.

I’ve been going to this place for over 30 years now. This place is a classic in Santa Monica. I grew up not too far from this place and it is as good as I remember it as a kid. The salsas are delicious and are one of my favorites. If you’re in Santa Monica give this place a try for sure. It’s pretty Mexican traditional food for sure.

I have been coming here since 1992! I love the Hard shell Tacos and burritos and just had their tamale!! Amazing. I over ordered because I want it All!

I come here often because it’s close to my jobsite unfortunately the men that are at the counter lack any sense of customer service you are never acknowledged no hello no thank you no will be with you shortly however the ladies are nice. The salsa at the bar seems fresh but the prepacked salsas is a hit or miss could be fresh or it’s gone bad which is disgusting. I will probably keep going not as often and only get my salsa from the salsa bar

Never disappoints. It’s not fancy, but if you like good Mexican food at a reasonable price, Campos is the spot. Great combination of excellent food with many salsa choices from mild to spicy and creamy to chunky.

Fantastic food. This food is delicious and has been ever since I was a child…so I had to come back! I got the chicken enchiladas with rice and beans – same order, same deliciousness. I also got an horchata which is A1 here – not too watery, not too sweet, just right. Also tried the asada fries and those were delicious as well. I would definitely recommend getting those things if you’re in the area, but I’m sure all of the food is delicious. 5 out of 5 stars, would recommend.

The employees are very helpful. The food is super good love the salsa. I really like the fact that they have hard-shelled ground beef tacos not all Mexican restaurants have that.

One of the original Mexican burrito joints of the Westside, I just get the burrito with the red sauce and the melted cheese on top, and I’m happy.
