This store at Central and Oliver would have gotten a 5 star rating because the pizzas we’re good but in the last piece of pizza in the last bite my husband bites down on something hard and pulls out of his mouth a large portion of an artificial fingernail. I called the store and talk to the assistant manager and he tells me to hang on he has to call the manager. He puts me on hold for like a minute and a half and comes back and says I’m sorry ma’am there is nothing we can do about this because we don’t have any employees that have artificial nails. I said no because they are in people’s pizzas. Come to find out he never spoke to the manager about this but trust and believe I did and I also spoke to corporate about it too because that’s just nasty y’all!

Tonight I ordered half pepperoni half Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza, I accidentally burnt the pizza! In a frenzy I called the store to order another one and in tears told them I burnt the other pizza I just ordered! Papa Murpheys has a pizza guarantee all I had to do is bring in the burnt pizza and they replaced it with a new one free of charge! That totally saved my night! Thanks to the amazing staff for helping this mom get dinner to her kids! It was delicious as always!

Not worth going to. I called ahead. They said 20 minutes. I arrive 20 minutes later and they haven’t started either of my 2 pizzas. They made them wrong twice which took 20 extra minutes while they made pizzas for everyone else even though I had called ahead. I get home and then realized they didn’t give me pan pizza, they were out. They also didn’t have mushrooms or giant pepperoni. I went back and they refunded me it all, that’s the only good thing they did. Don’t come here for personalized pizza only they’re recipes and have low expectations.
