I was only given a handful of chips and told if I wanted more it was extra! ON TOP OF THAT, THE CHIPS WEREN’T FRESH!!! Also, I got a veggie bowl and was charged for a wrap! I’m told the veggie bowl was good though. I don’t remember ever having any issues like this at other locations! If this is how Moe’s is treating it’s customers, I’ll have to stay with Willy’s only from now on!!!

I love Moe’s but I wouldn’t recommend this location if it was the only restaurant open in Atlanta. The inside was a mess and the servings wouldn’t fill up a child. When asking for more toppings the response from the workers was dismissive. To top it all off, they tried to charge us for extra sauce (the amount in the bowl was skimpy to begin with) which does not exist at Moe’s. The signs in the restaurant clearly state that additional charges are for queso and guacamole, so coming up with make-believe charges for sauce is ridiculous. Very disappointed and will not be coming back anytime soon.

They are so inconsistent. You never know how much food you’re going to get…depending on the day you go I guess. Here’s a picture of my bowl untouched. This is how it was served to me. I feel short changed. But then on other days they give you more.

This is the best Moes around. I’ve been to a lot of Moes here in Georgia, and the service here during lunch is excellent. The meat and Ingredients are all cooked perfectly and they keep it stocked. The Guac is perfect! If you love guac this is the place.

I ordered online and the driver picked up the wrong order. So I take it back to the store where I was greeted with great customer service. The manager and staff were very accommodating and helpful. I appreciate the great customer service. I will be dining in next time.

The Spanish employees here are very vindictive and hateful towards Black people. I asked for a veggie burrito and said “but no tofu”. She was confused and I told her that I was previously rung up for a more expensive tofu burrito when I only had veggies. She snickered at me. Wrote on the aluminum foil like they normally do and intentionally pressed my burrito on the marker side while looking angry at me. I saw the whole thing and let her evil play. I couldn’t believe it. This is only location that has charged me for asking for more shredded cheese lol. Then, he just added an up charge for dressing so it made me feel like it wasn’t even a real thing. I thought that was hilarious. Also, this is how much chips I received lol.

The servers weren’t as friendly as I am used to except the middle lady she saved them from a 1 star review. The bathroom stunk and had toilet paper stocking it up. I had to leave n come back because the machine wouldn’t take my samsung pay so I had to get my cc and they charged 3 dollars for a drink …. I was disappointed to say the least
