Food was excellent, very, VERY fresh, piping hot. Service was great, friendly. Atmosphere, it’s definitely got a “bar” vibe and we came during happy hour, and there was an extremely loud and rude couple at the bar that almost ruined our experience but it was no fault of the restaurant. If you want to enjoy your meal, visit outside the happy hour time.

I went to this place yesterday and it was AMAZING!!! The service was great, the music was great, and the food wast AMAZING!!! We ordered a molcajete with that came with rice and beans. A tostada that was so huge and delicious. They also give you chips and salsa to begin with. The drinks were also AMAZING!!!! I will definitely go back.

I ordered Pozole, and it had a different flavor, but it was okay. It came in one size, only a very BIG BOWL. The service we got was not good from our waitress. We kept asking for more water, she brought the wrong condiments for my Pozole…..she brought onios ad cilantro thats for the Menudo and we had to ask for the courtesy chips and salsa while we waited because we didn’t get any and everyone else that came in after got them from their waitress. My friend ordered a Meat Lovers Burrito, it was delicious and BIG too. The salsa for the chips was really good, too. Everything was good except for our waitress….we tried to be patient cause she was a newbie most of the time she was looking on the phone or just standing doing nothing. But hey, go check it for yourselves too.

A hole-in-the wall store and a hidden gem in Fontana. Their carne asada steak is so tender, juicy and savory. My lunch plate is well balanced with veggies, carbs and proteins. Overall, I would give this place 3.5-4.0 stars.

First time coming in. I walked in with my 3 children. The orders were 2 kids cheese burgers, one kid’s bean and cheese burrito, and a Chile rrelleno plate. The Chile rrelleno was ok. The sauce seemed to be homemade, and the tortillas were handmade. The flavor was just. . . “Ok.” Nothing very spectacular or particular about it. I think “Amapola” makes better Chile rrellenos. I did not try their seafood, but that’s their specialty. Their drinks seemed very reasonably priced with a lot of variety. The cheeseburgers were decent as well. Our server was good also. Very polite. The atmosphere is pretty calm during the week. They had a group come in at the end, and they sang well. The volume was great, and the voice and instruments were overall great! When we went there, they were playing Becky G, and bad bunny style of music. Not really my cup of tea, but the group was singing clasic Mexican regional, and they were good at it. Overall, I will come back during the weekend and try their seafood.
