Waited 35 minutes and I finally asked if we could put in a drink order, then I had to ask for a menu, and then ask if someone could take our order. A woman was taking our order and passed it off to someone else (rude) and he ended up serving us our food too. He did an excellent job!! Also, it was Indiana vs Purdue game night so it was a little loud on the bar side, but not too bad.

Went to this location while visiting on business. Place was dark with burned out lights and very sticky carpet. My colleague and I decided to stick it out. We ordered an appetizer and a salad to come out before the meal. The food took quite a long time and the restaurant wasn’t even a quarter full at the time. We asked about the app and the salad and the server said he would check on it. He came out with all of our food and not the appetizer. He asked me what we ordered because he forgot to put it in. That’s fine things happen. I then bit into one of the boneless wing and the wing was about half frozen. I then tried my fries and my colleague tried her onion rings and both were stone cold. We couldn’t find our server and finally tracked down another server and told them the issue and he said he was going to get the manager who didn’t come out at that time. The server came out with the appetizer and we told him we were just going to bounce because we had already waited for over 30 minutes for food that is frozen and simply put into a fryer. He told me that if we left he would chase after us and make us pay. I was kinda stunned because I had eaten half a frozen wing and two fries. I said excuse are you threatening us to chase us down and physically make us pay and he responded yes. We immediately got up as we felt the threat of a physical altercation was very high. The manager finally arrived and I told him that we didn’t appreciate being threatened by the server. The server Brandon then came up and repeated his threat again and I simply replied that he needed to walk away and advised the manager that he needed to get control of his server. The manager did a good job of intervening but having employees threaten to “chase after and force you to pay” is not only a scary proposition for many people but can result in serious bodily harm. If you get Brandon as a server just know he will resort to violence to make you pay if you are upset.

We went here in between baseball games with about 9 people. Service was incredibly slow and it was not that busy because we were there on an off hour. I ordered the grilled chicken tenders and they were small and looked like they came out of the frozen section and put in a microwave. They were smaller than a kids meal. Their pries are insane anymore for the quantity and quality. This goes for all locations at this point. I never go here because I want to, only when I’m with a party that wants to go or it is the only convenient place.

Now I understand why the parking lot was completely empty. We were the only people in the restaurant and still got bad service. The server got part of our order wrong. No big deal but as we were splitting the check and making sure the tip was acceptable the table was completely cleared even though we were still drinking our drinks. Considering the amount of money charged for an alcoholic beverage I would like to have finished the over half full drink. It’s not like they needed the table. Again we were the only people there. Also if you are out of your advertised new items you should let your customers know at the time of sitting. Not 20 minutes afterwards when we try to order them. Bad service all around. Absolutely disappointed. Considering this was my first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings , my expectations were high and my experience was low quality. Will definitely think twice before considering to eat here ever again.

Delivery time was 45 minutes on a Monday evening and was about 10 minutes late at that but the food was hot and tasted great (my 1st time eating their food) but a $7 delivery fee is ridiculous!! I know all businesses are charging these fees now but the customer is expected to pay that fee and then turn around and pay another 20% or so tip to the driver for delivering it!! I’m sorry but just HOW MANY TIMES do I have to pay for delivery?!?! I won’t do it! They need to pay their drivers the delivery charge they are charging ME!! It’s nothing more than a scam!!

Just didn’t care for the food in a timely manner. Flavor wasn’t the best. Didn’t get the tator tots and had to remind them and for the price we just weren’t impressed….it was really cold too
